IN VIVO ORAL FACILITY
Studies are led by MDS and BDS-qualified dentists as investigators, supported by an experienced team of QC, CRA, and CRC staff. For Ayush products, an ayurvedic doctor may be included as sub-investigator.

Breath evaluation using trained evaluators and Oralchroma (Japan), assessing both immediate effect and retention over 9-12 hours.
Dentine Hypersensitivity
Assessed using Yeaple Probe and air stimuli with VAS scoring, over immediate response or long-term efficacy periods of 6-8 weeks.
Caries Grading
Graded using the International Caries Detection and Assessment System (ICDAS), with study durations based on test product and treatment objective.
Plaque & Gum Health
Assessed using disclosing solution, UV imaging, and the Gingival Index, supported by microbial count where required.
Teeth Whitening & Staining
Evaluated using Vita-Shade card, comparative image analysis, and the Lobene Stain Index for stain intensity and area.
