HOW IT BEGAN
From clinical consultation
to a global CRO
Dr. Mukta Sachdev had spent years being consulted by global brands seeking her perspective as a dermatologist and key opinion leader. But feedback without rigorous science behind it only goes so far. The industry was ready for something more substantial.
In 2009, she and Rohit Sachdev built what was missing: a fully independent research facility rooted in real clinical expertise, held to global standards, and built to grow with the demands of the industry. What started in Bangalore has since grown into a global network, partnering with market leaders across beauty, personal care, and pharmaceuticals on research that actually moves products forward.

Founded in Bangalore
MSCR was established in Bangalore in 2009 to fill a critical gap: independent, scientifically rigorous testing for beauty and personal care products in India.
Building the infrastructure
Grew to 15,000 sq ft across three Bangalore facilities. 125+ instruments in place. An active subject database of 11,000+ individuals established.
Global clinical network
Expanded to 40+ dermatology sites across 16 countries. US office opened to serve North American clients directly.
Europe and beyond
Slovakia operations launched, bringing MSCR into the European clinical research market and strengthening global trial delivery capability.
Global presence
A global footprint spanning 26 countries and 350+ brand partnerships, with the same commitment to innovation that started this journey in 2009.
